* To qualify for reduced registration fees all IPA members will be required to show a copy of their valid IPA Membership Certificate with their registration form.

 

A special ticket will be available for the Clinical Consensus Session on Saturday, May 14, 2011.

 

The registration fee includes access to all sessions, coffee breaks and welcome reception.
